ALP Overseas Plants feature a robust manufacturing infrastructure spread across a total land area of 1,82,070 Sqm, including a 1,27,000 Sqm build-up area and 55,070 Sqm green area. Backed by a 5 MW self-generated power capacity, the facility is designed to support high-precision manufacturing operations with advanced machinery, integrated production systems, and consistent compliance with stringent quality standards. The infrastructure enables efficient handling of diverse manufacturing processes while supporting sustainable and large-scale industrial operations.

Manufacturing

Right from know-how to designing, production, testing and the final delivery, ALP Overseas has made a robust investment in state-of-the-art machinery for delivering high quality products to its customers across the globe. ALP's manufacturing unit supports various processes including:

Compounding - The compounding section has 1400 MT monthly capacity. It is equipped with all the latest intermix, dispersion kneaders and open mills with stock blender. This is further supported by computerized raw material weighing system to ensure accuracy in the compounding.

Extrusion - With a boastful capacity of 8 million meters per month, ALP Overseas has one of the best extrusion facilities in India. The 23 (Rubber 18, PVC/TPR 5) extrusion lines have online microwave curing systems, and can handle a huge variety of material and profiles.

Molding - The company has state-of-the-art Transfer and Injection Molding Presses for corner molding. The molding division has 400 Transfer Molding Presses for Corner Molding, and 10 TPE Injection Molding Presses with a monthly capacity of 10.5 million shots.

Compression Molding - With 4 Compression molding machines, ALP Overseas is producing best quality Mats & Mud flaps.

Granule - For value addition, the facility has in place best-in-class arrangement for Adhesive Systems/Taping, Flocking, Low Friction Coating, Cutting/Notching, Splicing, 3D Bending and Clipping.

The seal making machines of the company utilize the latest Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system for high precision and accuracy. The PC-based controllers are mounted on motion controlling devices with extreme flexibility.
